About Masai Mara

Day 1: Nairobi - Maasai Mara 

5 Hours: Travel time to Maasai Mara

6:30a.m: Pick up from your Nairobi hotel and depart for Maasai Mara. Arrive at 1300 hrs at the lodge or camp for lunch.

1400-1600 hours: Relaxation by the pool area

1600-1800 hours: Game drive

Overnight at the Ol Moran Camp/Mara Sopa Lodge/Mara Sentrim Camp

Day 2: Maasai Mara Full day 

Spend the whole day with a game drive in search of the big five and many other wildlife that inhabits this beautiful savannah plains. There will be picnic lunch on the banks of Mara River.

About Lake Nakuru National Park

There are millions of flamingoes and few wild animals such as white rhinos, gazelle, warthog, and lion among others. The Lake Nakuru National Park is one of the few Great Rift Valley attractions in Kenya that have the potential to hold a large number of birds. The place has alkaline water ecosystem that suits other bird species such as European winter, black winged stilts, and avocets in which can be great experience. During courtship, a group of upto 10 individuals hold their heads and neck high and call to one another.

    They then move the head side to side. Over the next several minutes, the rhythm increases and other members join in the frenzy, which can reach up to 50 individuals. It is one of the magnificent displays that everyone needs to experience. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, and the habitats around the lake systems attract a wealth of large mammals like rhino, elephant, buffalo, and leopard and provides one of the best areas in Kenya for bird watching.

 

Day 3: Maasai Mara Lake Nakuru

5 Hours: Travel time to Lake Nakuru

0700 Hours: Depart for Lake Nakuru after breakfast to arrive at lunch time.

1400-1600 hours: Relaxation by the pool area

1600-1800 hours: Game drive

About Amboseli National Park

With the various attractions that everyone wants to experience the thrill that comes from the game drives and watching animals in their territory, Amboseli National Park is a great place to visit. The National Park offers the one of the best African wildlife adventure experience when it comes to the wide range of wildlife species, as well as the spectacular view of Mount Kilimanjaro. The park is renowned for its large herds of elephants. Other animals in the park are; giraffes, buffalos, zebras, hyena, lions, cheetahs, impala and even jackals among others.

    Amboseli National Park also has a variety of birds. The Park offers one of the best sunset and sunrise views as it faces Mount Kilimanjaro. The view of the mountain is beautiful as it generates the water springs that makes the Park very attractive. The Amboseli National Park is surrounded by the Maasai community, who are known to embrace their culture which attracts many people into our country Kenya. Day 4: Lake Nakuru Transfer to Amboseli

7 Hours: Travel time to Amboseli

6:30a.m: Breakfast and depart for Amboseli. Have lunch at Nairobi before proceeding. Upon arrival, you will have a game drive till 1800 hours where you check in at the lodge or camp.

About Tsavo East National Park

Tsavo East National Park is the largest part Tsavo, and with Aruba Dam in the middle, offers a pretty clear chance of seeing plenty of animals, in a very open environment. Tsavo National park has more than 500 species of birds. They include ostriches, buzzards, starlings, weaver birds, secretary birds. Others birds include herons kingfishers and hornbills.

    Other known spots to visit in Tsavo East incorporate the Yatta level, one of the world's longest magma streams, the Lugards Falls on the Galana River, the Mudanda Rock a commonly dammed pool where creatures go to drink, and the Aruba Dam over the Voi River.

    On your way, you will see large herd of Elephant moving consistently with red dust, and also Lion, Buffalo, Eland, Giraffe Impala, Kudu and Rhinoceros. The closeness of Tsavo East to the coast views it as perfect safari destination for person's staying at the coast, or wishing to combine a safari and beach holiday.

 

Day 5: Amboseli Transfer to Tsavo East

4 Hours: Travel time to Tsavo East

0700 Hours: Depart for Tsavo East to arrive at mid-morning. Have a game drive as you head to the lodge or camp for lunch.

1400-1600 hours: Relaxation by the pool area

1600-1800 hours: Game drive

Overnight at the Ashnil Aruba Lodge

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

 

Day 6: Tsavo East Watamu/Mombasa

3 Hours: Travel time to Mombasa or Watamu

0700 hours: Have breakfast and depart for Watamu or Mombasa carrying packed lunch with you.

1300 hours: You will be dropped at the hotel for leisure activities

Overnight at the Voyager Beach Resort/Hemingways

Meals: Breakfast and Lunch

 

Day 7 & 8: Watamu/Mombasa

Spend these 2 days relaxing by the beach.
